The Stutz family controls the whole production chain of this Robiola cheese. The couple left Switzerland at the beginning of the 90s with their 2 kids to settle in a quaint corner of Piedmont, in Italy. Since its inception, this family-run farm has been a cradle of artisanal excellence, preserving the essence of time-honoured techniques while embracing innovation.
Crafted from Piemontese goat’s milk, this Robiola undergoes a 30-day maturation cocooned in chestnut leaves. This process creates a creamy, dense interior with a soft, runny layer just under the rind. The chestnut leaf ageing adds a unique woodsy flavour that complements the lush texture of the cheese.
Ideal to pair with sparkling wines and Chardonnay!
Keep it in the fridge after opening wrapped in cheese paper.
