Sainte-Maure de Touraine is a classic in France. Introduced to the inhabitants of the Sainte-Maure commune by Saracen prisoners after the Battle of Poitiers in 732. Slightly citric and buttery, Sainte-Maure de Touraine has a fresh hazelnut taste, with dry hay and underwood notes. Its white paste has a firm and mousse aspect when young, and become creamy and spreadable after ageing.

Store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
