Cheese Type: Uncooked, Unpressed, soft cheese with natural rind
Made in the West of France, in Quercy as its name suggests, this raw goat milk farmhouse cheese is matured for at least 2 weeks, and has a light and soft caramel-like texture with a white paste. The light citrus notes accompanied by herbals and florals flavours will refresh your mouth. We highly recommend to crumble the cheese in a salad or to warm it on a toast.
