Pipelette with Sarriette is a pasteurized goat cheese from Provence covered with sariette (or savoury in English), a typical Provencal herb that is found in the scrubland, also called wild basil.
Pipelette is creamy and with a nice taste of goat cheese well balanced with the aromatic herb that balances out the tangy hints of goat cheese. A beautiful harmony.
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within 2 weeks.
