Fromage Blanc, literally meaning ”White Cheese” is a popular fresh cow’s milk cheese with tangy, yogurt-like aroma and thick, soft spreadable texture usually used like a yoghurt. This version ”Campagne”, which means countryside, is firmer with a pudding-like texture as it is not stirred during its production, close to a Skir.
Produced following a traditional method by the Bourg Groux farm, you will appreciate its smooth texture and delicious taste.
