Exclusively made by the Fromagerie de la Ribiere, a cheese making farm located in Saint-Jouvent, the Figou is a fig-shaped cheese made from raw goat milk. It hides a succulent fig marmelade that creates an explosion of sweet and sour flavour in the mouth.
The soft and melting white-ivory paste mixed with the fruity and flavourful fig jam makes the cheese a unique pairing.
This tiny goat cheese is perfect as a dessert along dry white wine!
