Founded in 2006, Les Délices de Saint Orens raises its ducks on Ferme Jeansarthe, a traditional farm in Cauna, a small village by the Adour River in the heart of the Landes region. By managing their ducks’ diet through homegrown harvests and custom feed, they ensure a product of exceptional quality.

This rich, tender dish combines fresh meats seasoned with onion, pepper, and garlic. Ready-to-eat and full of flavour, the duck confit cassoulet captures the essence of traditional Southwest French cuisine. Fully cooked, it just needs warming in the oven before serving.
