A vintage beer born from a profound philosophy of “Producer-Harvester-Brewer”, Belle Dalle stands apart from standard brewing practices, crafted exclusively with barley grown on the family farm’s own land—a rare commitment to terroir that captures the character of each annual harvest in the bottle . Named after the 18th-century farm in Tardinghen, nestled between Cap Gris-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez on the Côte d’Opale, this unfiltered, unpasteurized blonde ale undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle .

The result is a slightly hazy, coppery robe with fine bubbles and an aroma of cooked fruit and Belgian yeast, while the palate unfolds layers of caramel, ripe fruits, and a distinctive hint of liquorice . Presented here in a pack of three 33cl bottles, it serves equally well as an aperitif or a contemplative digestive .
