Made from West Country Cheddar since 1965, in Somerset, England, Applewood captures the flavour of the British countryside. It is made using a traditional hand-turned farmhouse Cheddar and has a delicate smoky flavour – that does not leave a burnt aftertaste – and a lovely smooth texture, all finished with a dusting of paprika, giving it a golden-amber appearance.
