The Mollex family from the Pays de Seyssel has been dedicated to vine cultivation and wine trade since 1359 in the mountainous terrain of Savoy. It wasn’t until 1931 that Maison Mollex was officially registered as a business. Ernest and Marguerite Mollex were pioneers in the wine market, among the first to offer bottled wine alongside bulk wine. Since then, Maison Mollex has continued to flourish through generations.
Apremont is a very pale-yellow white wine with silver reflections. Its nose reveals aromas of white flowers, white flesh fruits and almond. On the palate, this wine is ample, rather lively and finely pearling, with nice vegetal, lemony and mineral notes.
