Also named ”La Boulingrin”, this Tomme with Black Pepper is produced in only one family farm. This farmhouse and organic Normandy micro-production is a rare and confidential cheese, made by a native Savoyard, who left her native region, taking her know-how with her to produce emblematic Savoy cheeses…in Normandy!
Beyond the organic designation, it is thanks to her 14 cows and the Normand meadows that they offer us this unique Tomme. This cheese develops strong aromas and flavours during its maturation. The addition of pepper inside the cheese is balanced and subtle, for a very convincing result.
