Cheese Type: Uncooked, Pressed semi-hard cheese
“Tomme Capritte is a cheese specialty made in Provence, produced between the Vallee de Queyras and Briancon in the Hautes-Alpes.
The texture is firm with only a few little holes in the paste. The taste is nutty, aromatic, goatty with a nice rustic bouquet. You’ll love it with some country bread and grilled walnut accompanied by a glass of Bandol wine.
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within 2 weeks. “
