Tomme Capritte is a cheese specialty made in Provence, produced between the Vallee de Queyras and Briancon in the Hautes-Alpes.

The texture is firm with only a few little holes in the paste. The taste is nutty, aromatic, goatty with a nice rustic bouquet. You’ll love it with some country bread and grilled walnut accompanied by a glass of Bandol wine.

Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within 2 weeks.
