Produced in the Ardèche region, Tomme aux 7 Fleurs (7 flowers) features a beautiful yellow hay-coloured paste. Its supple texture, dotted with small holes, complements a rind coated with a unique blend of seven flower blossoms and leaves: rose, cornflower, mallow, marigold, safflower, strawberry leaf, and trigonal—giving the cheese its distinctive character and stunning appearance.
With herbal, nutty, slightly tangy, and milky notes, this Tomme is sure to delight all palates.
Store in the fridge wrapped in cheese paper and consume within a few days for optimal freshness.
