Robust and rustic, this ewe’s milk cheese from Pyrenees is firm but creamy in the mouth with a strong flavour accompanied by a nutty and slightly salty taste. Similar to Ossau Iraty, it can also be paired with some chanterelle mushrooms or some black cherry jams/chutney.
