Discover a curated selection of their most celebrated treats behind each window: the iconic Calissons d’Aix in classic almond and inventive variations like cocoa-hazelnut and raspberry; delicate Provençal nougats in both white and dark varieties; fruity quince and fig jellies; buttery sablés biscuits with candied fruits; and rich caramels with fleur de sel.
The selection also includes their Olivettes, Calamandes, and spreadable specialties like cocoa & feuillantine.
