Cova da Beira

Serra Das Beiras

Weight: 250

Cheese Type: Uncooked, soft cheese with natural rind

This Portuguese cheese recalls the traditions of the Cova da Beira region, between fields and mountains. Flagship food of the famous ‘Festa da Amendoeira em Flor’ taking place during the first two weekends of March, it is often paired with a piece of fresh bread and Alheira, a local sausage.
