Dom Petroff Smoked Salmon pairs exquisitely with a variety of accompaniments and beverages. Its delicate smokiness and rich texture harmonize beautifully with fresh lemon and dill for a classic contrast. Crisp, dry white wines such as Sancerre, Chablis, and Sauvignon Blanc expertly cut through the salmon’s richness, while sparkling wines like Champagne or Crémant.
It also works wonderfully as a breakfast dish with a bagel and cream cheese or as a healthy lunch option.
Serving Tips: For optimal flavour, remove salmon from the refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before serving to allow its aromas to develop fully.
