Château Cissac is meticulously produced, aged, and adheres to traditional distribution methods. Nestled in the heart of the Médoc region, its exceptional terroir neighbors the esteemed Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac appellations, spanning approximately one hundred hectares. The soil predominantly consists of sandy gravel atop clay and limestone, with the vineyards occupying a contiguous plot protected by the village of Cissac and the surrounding forests.


Medium ruby red colour, nose of lilac, acacia, blackberry. On the palate, nice balance between primary aromas of red and black fruits, and secondary light wood and vanilla notes. Typical and rich tannins. Savoury finish.


Château Cissac’s wine complements a wide range of classic meat dishes, including veal, pork, beef and lamb. It also pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine, hearty fish preparations like tuna, mushrooms, and a variety of cheeses.
