This Sliced Cured Pork Loin is produced by Léon Chaillot house, traditional master saucisson maker from Ardèche in the Massif Central region since 1947. It is the fruit of artisanal know-how passed down from generation to generation, inherited from the traditions of preserving meat in the French mountains.

Each piece of loin is carepiecey selected, then delicately seasoned with a skillpiecey dosed blend of spices, guaranteeing an authentic and refined taste. This Sliced Cured Pork Loin is distinguished by its tenderness and richness in aromas.

Ideal to taste during your aperitifs, it’s the perfect partner for a lovely glass of wine!

It is ideally stored between 12 and 22° in a dry place. Under these conditions, you can keep it for several months.
