Fiore Sardo, also known as Pecorino Sardo, is a celebrated traditional Italian cheese hailing from the rugged landscapes of Sardinia. Made exclusively from raw milk of Sardinian sheep breeds, this ancient cheese—renowned for over 2,000 years—exemplifies the art of artisanal cheese-making with its robust character and deep Mediterranean roots.

It features a smoky, nutty flavour with hints of spice and caramel. The texture is balanced between crumbly and smooth, with a mildly peppery finish. The rind varies from yellow to deep brown and is treated traditionally to preserve its rustic charm.

Enjoy Fiore Sardo grated over pasta or risotto, or simply on a cheese board with crusty bread. Pair it with a full-bodied Italian red wine to highlight its bold flavour.
