They spend three years developing in the fresh, dynamic waters of Normandy, shaped by waves and currents, before resting in the calm, clear waters of Mornac-sur-Seudre where their flavours harmonize.
The result is oysters with generous flesh and a remarkable balance of sweetness and saltiness.
