The Moelleux des Alpes is a cow milk cheese, a kind of creamy raw milk Reblochon, with character but that lets the the wild garlic express itself in a balanced way thanks to a beautiful refining. Wild garlic is subtly incorporated into the Moelleux des Alpes which creates a nice balance between the character of the plant and the cheese.
