Pigs are born in France and raised in the mountains in accordance with good agricultural and agrifood practices: cereal-fed for at least 75% of their diet, growth promoters and antibiotics free.
Traditionally made with Ardèche mountains pork, this dry sausage has a slightly stronger taste than traditional French “saucisson”.
Ideal to taste during your aperitifs, it’s the perfect partner for a lovely glass of wine!
