For the traditionnal version, alternate layers of lasagna pasta, parmesan, mozzarella, or ricotta, and bolognese sauce or béchamel sauce, gratinated in the oven.

For a seafood version, you can alternate ricotta, fresh spinach and salmon. This softer and lighter version will please your palate!
