Olive Oil Extra Virgin Italian (3L)

Weight: 3000

Made with extra virgin Olive oil

Born from the ancient, olive-rich hills of Campania in the south of Italia,“Rea” Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Colline Salernitane is the signature offering of the Torretta estate.
For generations, the family has been dedicated to sustainable agriculture, nurturing mainly
Ogliarola Salernitana and Rotondella olives in their historic groves, some with trees over a century old.

This oil is cold-extracted within hours of harvesting to preserve its fresh character. It greets the senses with a vibrant, medium-fruity bouquet where herbaceous notes of artichoke blend elegantly with the sweetness of green apple and a final hint of almond. The palate is balanced: a smooth and almost sweet initial sensation is beautifully contrasted by a light, pleasant bitterness and a subtle, peppery spice that awakens the taste buds, leading to a clean and persistent finish.

Drizzle it over a warm bruschetta or a plate of fresh, creamy mozzarella di bufala. Its robust structure and peppery finish will cut through the richness of the cheese, while its herbal notes complement the simplicity of the bread.
