This 100% French artisanal premium honey is farmed by the beekeeper Beatrice Peyrachon in the French region of Auvergne.
Mountain honey, also called high mountain honey, is the honey produced by worker bees from wild flowers and plants blooming at 1 000 meters above sea level.
Use in all your recipes: cakes, bakeries, sauces, dressings, and marinades. Use to sweeten your favourite drinks: coffee, tea, and fresh pressed juices. Add to morning yogurt, cereal or oatmeal bowl. Our personal recommendation is adding honey to your cheese platter to sublimate the flavours!
Keep honey at room temperature in well-illuminated room or storage unit. Avoid placing in dark storage. In event of crystallization, place jar in hot water until crystals are broken.
