Fresh Goat Cheese Truffle & Honey

Weight: 100

L & L Plaquette, a family held business, today managed by Lionel, who is part of the 6th generation, are renowned internationally for their premium quality butter using ancestral techniques. Based in the Ardennes in Belgium, this business is determined to bringing you the best products all the way to Hong Kong.
More than butter, L & L Plaquette’s savor-faire extends to cheese and particularly Fresh Goat Cheese with Truffle and Honey.

This cheese, resembling a Camambert in shape, size and colour is made from goat’s milk. With a delicate smell of truffle, unwrapping this cheese is an aromatic walk through the famous Ardennes forest. The rind makes way to the life and very identity of the cheese: its heart, creamy, melting and delicious. A true nectar of honey and truffle mixed together for the pleasure of your palate.

Such a unique cheese requires a perfect partner to be tasted with. Pairing this Goat cheese with a Pinot Noir will accompany the truffle aromas to your palate without overpowering the rest of the cheese.
