This Framboise Des Bois is part of the Exception range, the apex of Nusbaumer’s artisanal know-how.
As raspberries are quite fragile and have low level of sugar but a bouquet of aromas, they go through a first maceration in raisin eau-de-vie. After one month, this mixture is then aged in steel casks for 2 years in order to maintain flavours. After the ageing process, the alcohol content is reduced to 45% using mountain spring water, characterized by its purity.
