This small, white-rinded cheese has an exceptionally creamy, almost melting texture. The paste is delicately and evenly speckled with fragrant black truffle, offering a balanced flavour where the mild, lactic notes of the fresh cheese are elegantly enhanced by the earthy, aromatic depth of truffle.
