Dry Sausage, Straight – Maison Duculty

Weight: 200

Maison Duculty has been making exceptional charcuterie since 1816, with five generations dedicated to perfecting dry sausages in the Rhône‑Alpes region. Today, Gaëtan Duculty proudly carries on this family tradition, bringing passion and conviviality to every creation.

One of the house’s true signatures is the Straight Dry Sausage. Thin (typically under 4 cm) and lightweight, it is naturally encased and air‑dried for 3 to 4 weeks in the pure mountain climate of Pilat Regional Park. This artisanal process creates a firm, chewy texture with concentrated character, while the natural fleur bloom enhances depth and authenticity.

Cut into thicker, bite‑sized chunks or coin‑sized slices, it is easy to chew despite its firmness. Each piece reflects genuine French terroir – rustic, refined, and authentic.  Perfect to enjoy with a glass of red wine for aperitifs, accompanied by crusty bread and olives, or to take along as a tasty snack for picnics and hiking.
