This Dry Sausage Tasting Package is produced by Léon Chaillot house, traditional master saucisson maker from Ardèche since 1947. It is the fruit of artisanal know-how passed down from generation to generation, inherited from the traditions of preserving meat in the French mountains. The Ardèche region in particular brings together the necessary conditions to have a perfect maturation of dry sausages.
This tasting package will introduce you to the delightful flavours of Ardèche sausages. Each cured sausage presents an authentic and refined flavour profile, thanks to the seasoning of garlic and peppery spices.
Ideal to taste during your aperitifs, it’s the perfect partner for a lovely glass of wine!
It is ideally stored between 12 and 22° in a dry place. Under these conditions, you can keep it for several months.
