Crémeux des Cîteaux is a triple cream pasteurised cow’s milk. Exclusive cheese from the cheese master Rodolphe Le Meunier, it reaches a minimum of 75 % of fat (on dry matter). This bloomy rind is creamy with a thick consistency. Its luscious paste has a sour cream taste along citrus notes. Aged, the flavours will develop and the cheese will get a buttery and pleasant brioche smell. The mushroomy and elegant taste of the Tuber Aestivum Black truffle creates a good balance with the slight acidity of the cheese. Easy to spread on a slice of bread, it is perfect for a snack or a late meal indulgence.
