The Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc, M de Malijay, is a sun-kissed blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier, cultivated on the stony hillsides of the Southern Rhône Valley. This terroir imparts a characteristic roundness and a distinctive minerality to the wine.

It reveals a pale gold robe with green reflections. The nose is fresh and delicate, offering aromas of Williams pear, vine peach, and a subtle hint of linden blossom. On the palate, the attack is vibrant and clean, unveiling a beautiful tension between flavors of juicy white fruits and a pleasant bitterness of pink grapefruit. The finish is straight, saline, and incredibly refreshing.

Exceptionally fresh, this white is the ideal partner for seafood platters, grilled fish with lemon, or a thin tart with fresh goat cheeses. It will also be perfect as an aperitif, paired with Mediterranean-inspired canapés.
