Côtes de Provence AOC, Cuvée Premium, Château Roubine, 2020

Wine Enthusiast: 90/100

Known since the early 14th century, Château Roubine was originally owned by the Order of the Templars before being transferred to the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem in 1307. In the 15th century, Château Roubine became the pride and possession of various prominent Provençal families. In 1955, Château Roubine was among the 23 vineyards officially recognized as ‘Cru Classé’ in the Côtes de Provence by decree. Following several changes of ownership, Valérie Rousselle, a native of St. Tropez, became the owner of Château Roubine in 1994. The estate then embarked on a new chapter, marked notably by sustainable agriculture practices in harmony with nature.

Balanced and invigorating, staying faithful to the Provencal essence. The palate resembles the sensation of enjoying raspberry sorbet, with subtle notes of peach, red fruits, and flowers adding a delightful dimension to this exceptional wine.
