Clacbitou is a farm goat cheese made from raw milk, drawing its name from the Charolais dialect which means “goat cheese”.

Young Clacbitou has a fresh and moist texture with a sweet goat taste. Its paste becomes firmer and dense while it ages offering woody and nutty aromas. Aged Clacbitou also develops a natural blueish moldy rind.

Enjoy the Clacbitou accompanied by a country bread and a white Burgundy.
