Made with fresh pasteurized goat milk from Piedmont valley, Caprino is fresh and delicate. Its fine texture and its typical yogurt and fresh milk aroma is obtained by a long milk acidification. Full of natural aromas reminiscent of the flowering pastures of the Piedmontese valleys, it is a very tender and fresh cheese, with a pure white color and a sweet taste, despite the characteristic slightly acidic taste.
