Buchette with Truffle is a fresh goat cheese from the Loire Valley of France sublimated by sprinkles of black truffle inside.
The Buchette (literally ”small log”) has a cylindrical shape with a fresh and rich “natural” taste. Its creamy paste – perfect to be spread – has a slight tangy taste. The addition of of black truffle brings the cheese to another level! A perfectly balanced marriage !
This cheese can be stored for up to 1 week in the fridge.
