Cheese Type: Uncooked, pressed, blue cheese
Made with Tarine and Abondance cow’s breed, bleu du Queyras is a rustic blue raw milk’s cheese from Hautes Alpes. When young, the product is smooth and light in the mouth but it will get a powerful caracter and a nice milky and spicy tendency when aging. The texture is friable and firm with a yellow paste and well distibuted blue veins.
