Made with Tarine and Abondance cow’s breed, bleu du Queyras is a rustic blue cheese, made using raw milk from the Abondance and Tarentaise cows, which graze in the alpine pastures of the Queyras in the Hautes Alpes region.

When young, the product is smooth and light in the mouth but it will get a powerful character and a nice milky and spicy tendency when aging. The texture is friable and firm with a yellow paste and well distributed blue veins.

It is a cheese that pairs well with wines, bread and fruits and also can be used to make delicious recipes.
