The Tenderloin, 100% Natural Angus Certified, is known for its exceptional tenderness and fine texture. Taken from a muscle that does little work, it is lean with subtle marbling and a delicate, buttery flavour. This elegant cut is best enjoyed when cooked with care to preserve its natural juiciness.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Bring to room temperature 30–40 minutes before cooking.
  2. Preheat pan, grill, or oven to high heat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper (optional: add oil or herbs).
  4. For whole tenderloin (1–1.5kg):
    – Sear all sides, then roast at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. For individual steaks: Sear 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

How to eat?

Famous for its tenderness and leanness, the Tenderloin can easily loose all its juiciness when overcooked. That is the reason we recommends you a quick and high heat cooking, in order to nicely browned the exterior while keeping the interior juicy and tender.
