With son Stefano joining in 2010, they transitioned to organic viticulture in 2014. Their expanded winery blends tradition with innovation, using static fermenters and larger barrels. Through meticulous care and gentle winemaking, Diego Conterno showcases the terroir’s elegance.
Diego Conterno Barolo exudes an aromatic allure, boasting an enchanting bouquet of aniseed, nutmeg, floral tones and red berries. The palate is generously endowed with ripe and velvety textures, accompanied by alluring fruit flavours. The wine’s remarkable length is crowned by a finish of spicy liquorice.
