Diego Conterno has been crafting wines since 2003 in Monforte d’Alba, celebrated for its wines’ depth and character. With his son Stefano joining in 2010, they transitioned to organic viticulture in 2014. Their expanded winery blends tradition with innovation, using static fermenters and larger barrels. Through meticulous care and gentle winemaking, Diego Conterno showcases the terroir’s elegance.
When observed, it reveals an ever-changing hue that transitions between ruby and violet. The nose is both fresh and intense, featuring classic wine notes intertwined with fruitier hints of blackberry and plum. On the palate, it showcases impressive structure, vibrancy, and smoothness, all while maintaining superb balance.
