  • Chops (7 or 8) are cut for you.
  • Lamb meat is very tender, due to the young age of the animal, and it has a very distinctive flavor which lacks the gaminess of meat from older sheep. Lamb chops or cutlets are a perfect, quick cook and tasty cut, and benefit from light cooking such as on the BBQ, grill or griddle.
  • Our lamb comes from reputable farms with ethical farming practices and contain no antibiotics, GMO or growth hormones. It is air-flown chilled and halal-certified.

How to eat?

  • Preheat the BBQ grill. Brush the lamb cutlets with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place the cutlets on the BBQ and over a medium high heat cook cutlets for 6-7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Lamb should still be pink inside. Serve, and enjoy!
