Armagnac, Napoléon, 10 Years Old

The oldest French brandy.

The Gascon region, under the benevolent eye of d’Artagnan, King Louis XIII’s famous musketeer, offers the hills of the Hauts de Montrouge a sandy soil ideal for vineyards. This inimitable terroir gives the Côtes de Gascogne grapes a strong personality that is instantly recognizable to wine and spirits lovers in the South West.

With an amber brown colour, Armagnac Napoleon has been aged in oak barrels for 10 years. On the palate, this Armagnac is round, with woody and vanilla and prune notes on the finish.

Although Armagnac can be drunk as an aperitif, it is best enjoyed at the end of a meal, to prolong the pleasure of a convivial moment. Armagnac should be served without ice, at room temperature, in a balloon or tulip-shaped glass. We recommend opening the bottle 20 minutes before serving to give the aromas time to develop.
