Pioneer of Organic Agriculture and Biodynamics in Alsace, the Charles Frey family Estate has 14 hectares of property that can rely on remarkable terroirs such as Frauenberg, Victoriasberg, Grand Cru Frankstein or Blettig.
Semi-dry, round and delicate, Symbiose brings to light a great aromatic power while developing a strong fruit and flower character around an explosive bouquet of exotic aromas of lychee and mango.
