A – Prosecco DOC, Borgo Imperiale Brut

Weight: 750

Chilled on his own, or as a mixer in cocktail, this Prosecco is very pleasant both ways.

Founded in 1921 as a quaint family tavern, the Decordi Winery embarked on a journey from serving traditional Cremonese wines and cuisine to a profound involvement in winemaking. With a growing passion for the craft, the Decordi family transitioned into artisanal wine production, encompassing grape cultivation, and the sale of both draft and bottled wines. Over the years, their dedication to their local terroir and commitment to producing quality wines have remained at the heart of the Decordi Winery’s legacy.

Crafted from Glera grapes through vinification, it boasts a pearly straw yellow hue and delightful apple and pear notes. With a light yet resolute body, its subtle citrus undertones make it exceptionally approachable, embodying its distinctive and fruity character.

It gives an elegant lift to creamy cheese such as Brie, or young hard cheeses like Parmesan or Pecorino.

Food Pairing:

Truffle cheese, Comté or Brillat-Savarin

Appelation Origine Controlee (AOC) label
AOC
