In 1975, the acquisition of Tennstedt Decroes Brewery in Enghien introduced the Double Enghien range to the brewery’s offerings, featuring top-fermented blond and dark beers. Today, Silly Brewery stands as a quality benchmark, crafting each beer using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients: pristine water, a distinct yeast known only to the master brewer, premium hops, and high-quality malt.

This top-fermented, double blond beer has spicy and hoppy aromas that strike first with a shrug of acidity on the tongue and a nice dry bitter aftertaste. It’s a well-balanced blonde beer, in which no ingredient is overpowering. Thirst quenching and delicious. The alcohol content of this beer is 7.5%.
