Produced in Pradamano, by the Bonato family, the harvested grapes are pressed softly to obtain the “flower must”. After decantation, the wine is poured and set to refinement for some months in steel basins.
This wine presents a yellow straw dress with light greenish hues.
On the nose, the perfume is elegant and intense, delightfully fruity. With a dry palate, it is both soft and harmonic, making it a great all-day drink and a brilliant ally for pasta, seafood and poultry dishes.
