Torrencinas
Torrencinas is a recognised traditional supplier of Guijuelo Iberian pig cuts.
Since 1895, generations of Guijuelo artisans have been using ancestral methods to prepare their cuts, using the same dyers and fume hoods. Carried out without any commercial haste, the Iberian ham dries anywhere from 24 months to 60 months in order to reveal its best taste and quality.
Try the Bellota, the Cebo or the Lomo, all hand carved.

In 1760, a dignitary from Meaux transmitted to J R Pommery the recipe of the mustard served at the King of France’s table. Since then, generations of Pommery have perpetuated the tradition, creating new recipes, from mild to extra strong.
Their mustard are packed in stoneware jars, made to preserve the mustards’ characteristic pungency, so they taste fresh longer.
