The court baker, Antonio Brunero, created these thin, crispy breadsticks as a light, easily digestible food that aided the Duke’s recovery and strength, enabling him to grow stronger and eventually become King.

Grissini are Italy’s traditional breadsticks, delighting palates for centuries with their perfect crunch and simplicity. These crunchy breadsticks are an artisanal product, made 100% in Italy using only wheat flour, yeast, and water, preserving the authentic essence of this classic recipe.
