Fresh Fioroni with Chives, Onion and Chili Pepper is a true goat delicacy. The paste is white in colour, the flavour is characteristic, sweet and slightly acidic, but always delicate deliciously balanced by the aromatic spices of the chives, onion and chili pepper coating the cheese.
Ideal served spread on toast or on a cutting board, accompanied by honey or jams and marmalades, as well as other cheeses and cold cuts of all kinds. It is also very good to serve fried or to insert in omelets.
Store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
